My answer to an arrogant bastard ( from Facebook )


Anyways , I know that I mentioned that I'll be taking a break from blogging in the previous entry . But well , allow me to explain my reason . Today I had an interesting argument with a stranger . Well infact it was more of a VERBAL WAR . And I'm definitely very very satisfied that I gave that arrogant stranger a real lowblow . Well , the matter is pretty simple :- I left a comment on my friend's Facebook profile and her friend saw it and made a negative comment that completely pissed me off the core . I swear , read hot hammers were definitely increasing my blood pressure and gave me that adrenaline boost of rage and obviously , I felt it streaming down my body ( infact up and down ) . So , I took the matter into my hands and gave him a ass-trashing to which he replied arrogantly and since I loathe arrogant bastards , I decided to give him a PIECE OF MY MIND . And I know that I definitely squeezed his egoistic balls ( haha , hope you get my drift :p ) .


And anyways , I'll copy and paste our entire VERBAL WAR here - ( from the start to the "end" ) . Have a great read my fellow readers .

I'm having a main exam soon and if I were to spend my time like last year , my parents will literally kill me . Two reasons why I made that comment:
1. Your entry looked like it belonged more in a PM....
2. And more importantly, it has nothing to do with the ongoing topic of bantering.


So, you either do not know how to send an FB PM, or you do not see the need to maintain separate threads for separate topics, or you just want the attention. That FB is an informal social forum notwithstanding, your placement of posts should be more sensitive.


Next, it is impossible for anyone to tell from your post that you are not making an empty promise, given the lack of contextual and non verbal clues. Therefore, it seems you are truly the 'dimwit' (your favourite word or do you like to show off you visited school on occasion) because the most appropriate adjective you could have used to describe my disposition would have been 'cynical'.


I shall not respond to you (or any other friend who chooses to champion your cause) any further because you have said your piece, as have I.


In addition, my post violates point 2, above, and I am not pleased; however sometimes to do what is effective, it is necessary to do the inappropriate.

Sunit, first and foremost , like what you've mentioned, FB is an informal social forum and therefore I believe I don't have to ask a certain individual for permission to place a comment on my FRIEND'S wall . Honestly, if you're so despondent with the way FB manages the comments ( ie : sending notifications to those involved in a partiuclar thread ), then use your interestingly surprising dogmatic approach ( why am I surprised ) together with your argumentative nature to complain to FB to yield some benefits at the very least.


My intention were merely simple . I wanted to leave a comment to a friend in her profile and just in case your preconceived notions are too rigid to handle unconventional means of communication, you cannot start a separate thread in Nithya's profile due to her settings and the only other way possible is to place a comment on her status. Hence this is the only thing I did. Its just as simple as that. In addition to that, i have the rights to choose how I want my message to reach Nithya - whether or not I choose to place it in a PM or not . And Sunit , fret not, i certainly know a plethora of ways to disseminate my message to her and I'm definitely not a dim-witted imbecile like you.


Furthermore, I don't have a need to elaborate on my promise to satisfy a dim-witted imbecile like you. I made CLEAR reference to the subject and she knows what I am talking about - hence the lack of "contextual and non-verbal clues" .


Therefore, now I totally believe that you have a huge penchant for gaining some attention by having your mouth on the loose ? Well let me assure you this : learn how to control your impulsive behaviour . I don't like a strangers commenting on a comment meant for someone else, especially if its going to illustrate negativity.


And, I don't have to exercise my intellectual arrogance on FB because unlike you , I don't yearn for attention and I would rather provide my services for the greater good that brings a greater objective. So, like what you've mentioned , I don't have to brag that I went to a school . Or maybe on the flip side , I would rather be proud to admit that my education has moulded me into an individual who is able to tackle senseless people like you . Thank God !


In a nutshell, I don't need my friends to champion my "cause". Afterall this is not a cause but rather snippet of my opinion for you to reflect upon. And that definitely wasn't a lesson on eforum etiquette when contents of it were a mere reflection of your irrational narcissistic exhibitionism. Therefore, I hope this encapsulates my points :).
