Holla peeps . I had a great Labour day celebration and a great weekend . And , we decided not to go for clubbing because we wanted to have some fun on a sunny day at the beach . So yes . We headed to Sentosa - Palawan beach and we had fun !! YAY !


Anyways , I'm feeling really tired . So I'll take my leave now !

Yay ! Vitz in action . Btw , we were playing beach volleyball , beach soccer and frisbee . And I forgot to take pictures of all those games . So please be contented with these pictures yeah ? . Anyway , I scored 3 goals against Seshan's team . YAY ! ( yes , i scored a hat trick against them for beach soccer )

They got me working out too . Can have always been able to sustain for at least 2 mins in this position but now .. haha even 30 seconds seem a tad too much for me ! I think you can see me strain to do this now . Check out the vein that has popped on my neck - this is the testament to how strained I feel now ! ( Anyway this helps to tighten your abs )



Yes , I was trying to work out my lower abs . You gotta hold onto something heavy and roll backwards . This is something like a backward crunches . After doing the normal crunches , you need to do this . So that both your upper abs and lower abs get toned . Well trust me guys , I gotta do this to attain my fitness . I hate the fact that I've gained weight .
