Ennai konjam matrinai

maarividum enn vilaasam,
sorgathil indru-muthal unnodu siraivaasam.


Isn't it romantic ?! . Ok , my darling Godbrother - Logesh wrote it for me . I love the words he used and its really very amazing . Wow ..


Well , I need to ace at multi-tasking . Frankly, there's a myriad of things to handle and it's highly expected for one to have that comparative advantage over the other . Well , everyone who works at the corporate level would agree with me . What can we expect if we are to perish in this highly-competitive world ? . ( seriously , let alone the concurrent Global Financial Recession aka Credit Crunch ) .


Alright , they aired the repeated telecast of Endrandrum Punnagai and I managed to record my part of my TV . So here it is . Oh yes , I had someone asking me " OMG Vitz , is that you on TV now " . Haha .





Issues


1) After reading this particular article on the papers , I felt a stab of fear in my chest . I literally became paralysed after reading it . Apparently , those who graduate from Universities next year wouldn't be able to look for a job that has high pay . They will have to settle for a low paying job and in fact it will become an herculean task for graduates to look for a job . Thus , many graduates have decided to opt for higher studies like doing their Masters and then by the time they end their studies the bleak job market would be improved .


I find this scary . We need the BULLISH market . Can everything please appear more BULLISH / optimistic . Thats our prayer .


2) Oh yes , apparently many entrepreneurs and business-minded individuals reckon that this is the most profit-making moment . Yes . I am not joking . I met an individual who told me that many smart businessmen would normally wait for those periods when the entire market is badly hit and thus invest in many business . Ok I can understand their motives .


Ok . For an example , lets imagine this . Project A - due to the current global recession is at $8000 . Lets say you have the money to buy over this Project A . So you pay $8000 for it . Then with your own brains , you do a few changes here and there . You attain loans at lower interest rate and develop your business . So when the market is more optimistic you can overturn the $8000 business into a $30.5 Million dollar business . Now I am not joking about this .


But the challenge remains on how well you know about businesses . You should know how to play your cards . In fact this is a very smart move . But what can I do now ? . I don't even have that much of savings . Haha , if only I have a bloody $10K in my bank , I can purchase a business and overturn it into a money-making machine . Yea .


3) Alright guys . I have finally opened FACEBOOK . Haha , anyways I haven't add any pictures yet , so please make do with it man . And I am updating my Friendster too . So yes .


4) BEST AND HAPPY NEWS guys . GAYATRI DEVI , LOGESH and MATTHEW got into the Super Singer 2009 competition. So now they will be into the competition . I really want them to go until FINALS and get the top 3 . Oh yes , I am also supporting REBECCA AKKA . Yeah !!
