EURO 2008


The quarter finals had been really amazing . I'm enjoying it . Germany really shattered Portugal's dreams . The newspapers have been saying that that "arrogant" Portugal deserved the loss . Well I don't really favour Portugal because of their arrogance . I really hate Ricardo and am really glad that Germany whooped their asses . But at the corner of my heart , I really pity my sweethearts - Cristiano Ronaldo and Nuno Gomes . Oh yes , I had always been an avid German supporter and I'll continue to support them . Oh yes , Bastian Schweinsteiger's nice intercepting tap in from a Podolski cross was superb ! . Awesome I tell you . And my beloved Miroslav Klose's header was cool too . He jumped so high to head the ball in . Michael Ballack then sealed the game with a powerful header from Schweinsteiger's curling free kick towards the far post . Go job Mr Captain . I am so happy with the current Germany team but I really miss Oliver Kahn . He is one hellava keeper man . Go Germany !! I'm rooting for you'll !


Croatia VS Turkey . I am really disappointed in Croatia . Gosh , I really hate the Turks with the exception of Illhan Mansiz ( he's bloody good looking but he has since retired ; so he's not counted into the hated Turks list ) . Haha but it's good that Turkey got a place in the Semi finals . They are up against Germany on 25th . Germany's going to kick their candy asses and I'm OH so gonna catch that match ! .


Russia Vs Holland . This is the biggest upset for me . I love Holland too . The kings of total football ; the Oranje lost out to Russia 3-1 . I didn't catch that match but I heard that Russia really put up a good fight against the Oranje . Russia scored first and Ruud Van Nistelrooy equalised for the Oranje at the 86th minute to send both the teams into extra time . Dmitri Torbinsky and Andrei Arshavin scored 2 goals in the extra time to hand the win to Russia . Yes , Arshavin is definitely the most dangerous player in Russia and he did put up a good perfomance in this quarter finals . It was a good battle and Arshavin emerged as the Man of the Match . WOW .


Spain and Italy are up against each other today . I'm really rooting for Spain for this match . I mean I hope to see Germany against Spain for the Finals . So I need Spain to kick Italy's ass . I started hating Italy because of Marco Materazzi . That bitch verbally provoked my darling Zidane but Zidane nonetheless headbutted that shit . But then again , I love Alessandro Del Peiro and Filippo Inzaghi . Goodlooking dudes . Hehe . Please Spain , kill Italy . I'm hoping for David Villa and Fernando Torres to score many goals . Wooo !! .

That's me taking a penalty shoot out at Mugilan . Oh we played soccer yesterday . Mugilan , Noel and I were in the same team while our opponents were Paul , Nicole and Ganesh . It was really fun . Ganesh was super jumpy and he didn't even allow me to score . Noel had a hard time looking for a clear space to pass the ball to me to score . But then again , I scored twice . Mugilan did a good job by defending the goal post . It was awesome .

I've got alot to think about and care after my Exams . I owe my friends - Rahul a pool date , Briane a movie date , fellow SHC Shankari a lunch/dinner cum movie date , Vicky Puppy , Gayatri Devi , Cookie , Nesh , Sri Ram , Pravin , Karpagam and Logesh a movie date , Silas a BIG TIME MAKAN date . Haha alot to mention man . Oh yes , I need to form my own food khaki again . Izzah ( floorball ) and Tahka were my after-floorball makan Khaki , Suhaila , Sheila , Izzah ( C2 ) and HoneyStar as my school makan khaki . Gosh , I miss them . I want to eat Flaming Prawns from Manhattan seafood market , nice wholesome eating at Adam's and Newton , cool Korean eating session at Korean BBQ restaurant at Upper Bukit Timah .. and so on . Omg , I am dying here . Haha .

Ok . I'm going to flung my mid year big time . I am so ashamed to say this out but I really slacked alot during the Mid Years and am definitely going to fail :((( . Yes , I even had a good friend from MI telling me this right onto my face .

Friend : How's your preparations ?

Vitz : I swear , I'm going to fail . Been off for vacation , fall sick after that , recovery period was really long and I didn't study at all

Friend : I am fucking disappointed in you. I think this Mid years is going to be a big time wake up call to you. I don't understand what's up with you. Why the hell are you slacking like this ?. I am really disappointed in you man.

Gosh . But trust me , this would be the last time I slack this much . Really . Damn ! I hate myself for slacking soo much now .
