Before I start to account for the day , allow me to wish each and every mothers in the world .
A very HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to all mothers in the world .

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

My mother must me one of the most luckiest woman in the world . Well , Mother's day is on the 11th while her birthday falls on 24th may . So technically speaking , she will receive gifts and presents on both days . Cool ah ? .

Anyway , I had an expectional kick start to Mother's Day . Yesterday I ended dance practice around evening . I got a phonecall from my mom . She told me that she was going for some RC programme and she would be back home late . So when I went home , I was alone . My Dad and Brother went out . I switched on the TV and was watching some programmes . Soon , I dozed off on the sofa . After a few hours , I sensed that my mom came home . But I was too tired to open my eyes . So I continued sleeping .

At around 1 am , my mom woke me up . I was feeling really groggy . I gave her a confused and extremely-puzzled look . Soon she said this " I bought you your favourite briyani . When I got home , I saw you sleeping . I didn't want to disturb you but it's not good to sleep with an empty stomach " . Soon , she started feeding me . I swear I really got touched . I really love it when people feed me - especially my mom . Frankly , I had a few handfuls of briyani that was peppered with love , love and more love . Lucky dudette ; right ? .

At this juncture , allow me to say this . My mom , have always been there for me . She definitely adds value to my life . I am definitely blessed to have such a mom . She is the epitome of love . Thanks Mom . I don't want to make empty promises here . I shall prove it and then I'll boast about it .

Oh yes - last year certain accusations were thrown against my mom . All of them were obviously lies . The funny thing is , people who have no real association with my life or my mom threw it against her . Like how every child would stand up for his/her mom ( or parents ) , I stood up for her . But I did not do one thing - and I totally regret not doing it . Infact until now I have been harbouring this rage , this anger that I swear will turn me into a maniac . I let the person(s) ( note : it's not singular ) go unharmed . Well in short , I let the person live . But I swear this will be the last time I act this way . Because the next time this happens , something disastrous will occur .

Technically , I am not from a dysfunctional family to laugh when my mom ( parents or any family member ) is made the brunt of some fucked-up accusation . I am from a family which has to date held onto social norms ; which has to date brought me and my brother up the RIGHT way . Yeap . Strangely , I wonder why my mom was made the substance of some accusation when those people themselves uphold dysfunctional values . Funny isn't it ? . But I'll save my last laugh - because such ridiculous people with such dyfunctional values won't go far . We all know where they will end up at . When the God rules , he knows what to do , such injustice will be answered ( or maybe it's already answered but it's just that it's yet to seep in :P )

Millennia's Institute day

Institute day was really cool . Last year I was a prize recipient . This year I was not . So I took the backseat with my classmates . We were having so much of fun . I saw my eye candy . So my entire time was spent ogling at him . Karpagam received the " Best in H2 Tamil " award . Silas and Suriya came to witness it . Anyway Mr Tan Chor Pang aired a video from the Chinese News that showed our top students from the 2007 A levels examination and I was somehow featured along with Bridget . That was sooo funny and I was totally caught off guard . I didn't even know that I was featured in the chinese news . This time it was an embarassing one but I'll make sure the next will be something that I can be proud of .

Ok . Some favourite people received some awards . My role model received a prize too . He is really intelligent . Intellectual people turn me on . Did I mention that it's so nice and enriching when we indulge in conversations ? . I always go like " wow " when he says something . I so have to adopt the way my role model studies . Man , we got to work . Like totally hard . Did I mention that , many people will be praying to get the course of their choice to read in University but for Bridget , both the Universities ( NUS and NTU ) want her in their Uni . She can like CHOOSE her courses . Well it definitelys pays to be the Top Student for A levels .

Random Thoughts

1) I didn't go to school on Friday . I was early . I wanted to leave the house at 650 am . But I realised that I couldn't find the key to open the padlock . I spent 40 minutes looking for the key . Soon at 7.31 am , I found the key but it was too late to go to school . So I stayed at home . At around 2 pm , I went to Bukit Batok Polyclinic to buy an MC . Jonathan and Logesh accompanied me to the Bukit Batok Polyclinic . I told the doctor that I had a bad migrane .

Doctor : So what's the problem

Me : I had migrane so I didn't go to school

Doctor : Ok . So which part is painful ?

Me : * I used both my index fingers to point at the both sides of my temples and went like * "here"

Doctor : smiles . Hmm people usually have migranes on one side of the head . So is it like your first time getting migrane ?

Me : erm yes .

Doctor : No wonder !! Hmm let me see , you only want the MC right ? . You don't need the medicine right ? .

Me : Hmm yes !!

Doctor : Ok . I'll give you the MC . Next time take note , migranes usually occur at one side of the head not both . Smiles

How embarassing ?! I don't even know how to lie to the doctor . HAHA . Gosh .

2) I think everyone is becoming really smart . I don't know , a random thought . I think Mark Haddon is smart . I'm reading his " The Curious Incident of the Dog in the night-time " . A fascinating book indeed . Superb and new plot .

Ok . We're like going out now . We're treating our mother for a dinner . Even my dad is treating her . Catch you all soon :)
