Friday , 25th of Jan 2008 - Competition at SAJC


The day started with some squabbles and yes , the pressure was obviously high . Some people started to quarrel . Somehow , I didn't lose my temper . Well unknown to many , I've vowed never to lose my calm since the coffeeshop incident . So nowadays , I'm a calm person who NEVER gets angry . Anyways , I had to interfere and put the stop to all those anxiety , misunderstandings and what not . I guess , problems can end easily if one chooses to talk it out instead of bottling up their emotions and thoughts . Well , it's a free country . No worries ; we can always air our thoughts - unless it gets a little out of control . I ended up giving advices to those in need and finally , I saw some happy faces . Actually , I'm quite confused with myself . Sometimes , I can behave just like a 5 year old kiddo but sometimes , I can actually act my age or beyond . Why ? . Oh wells , please don't conclude that I'm down with split personality . I'm just Vitz :D .


After school , we did a small drama rehearsal before going off to eat . All of us decided to have our lunch at McDonalds @ Westmall . Silas , Kristin , Pravin , Shafie , Karpagam , Gayatri Devi , Vicky Puppy , Vicky Cookie , Logesh , Govan , Karthi , Rajie , Nesh , Druga , Elaiyarani , Veka , Geeta and her Boyfriend and I had our lunch at McDonalds . After that , we decided to " lepak " ( chill-out ) there . We ended doing some funny stuff and literally went into a fit of laughter . There was once the group sang some sexy tamil songs ( the horny ones especially ) and I started to do some steps to Shafie . It was really hilarious .


After that , Aminah ( the ICS vice-president ) , Nesha and Kugan joined us . We took a bus to SAJC and started to prepare for our drama and singing competition . Kristin , Nesha and Karpagam did the make-up for Druga . I helped Govan and Logesh to prepare .


My meeting with Shankari @ SAJC


Out of the blue , someone stood by the door way and smiled at me . That person was frantically waving at me and I simply gave a puzzled look . After that it hit me like a gust of wind . Well it was none other than Shankari . Haha . I got so excited . Haha . Ok I need to say this out now . I met shankari during a floorball match . She's from NJC . We met when MI was up against NJC . So yes . Actually I didn't want to talk to her but she was holding onto something that simply grabbed my attention . Well it was the new Harry Potter book - the deathly hallows . At that time , I haven't read it yet and so I tried to make friends with her thinking that I can complete the book before the game ended . Haha but the book was too thick for me to finish it within an hour . Oh Shankari looked damn nerdified when I met her at that time . But when I saw her at SAJC , oh my God ! She looked super mindblowing . So pretty !! . Good ! Singapore needs Indian girls like her - smart , pretty , good natured and talented . Girls and Guys who come in packages are hard to come by . So yes . We really had so much to talk about and finally , we ended up camwhoring . Gosh when can I repair my bloody USB port . Grrr . Haha . Oh all my friends agreed that Shankari looked damn pretty .


Drama and Singing Competition @ SAJC


Alright people . Pravin and Vicky got into the finals . The drama cast also got into the finals . YES !! For the freaking first time , we have the highest possible chance of winning the Challenge trophy ! . We emerged as the ultimate winner - bagging the highest scores for singing and drama competition at the qualifying round . We just have to polish our drama and singing a bit for the finals to win the challenge trophy ! . Yes baby !! . Well what does it goes to show ?? . Ok . Firstly , I need to appreciate the ICS acting president for this . Karpagam - the new acting president for MI ICS , really put in so much of effort and hardwork for this competition . Hmm , well with her good leadership , she managed to eliminate all possible accounts of unbiasness and stood up for our rights and look , now she brought us to such a level . Hmm now this is something that all leaders have to emulate from her . Thank you Karpagam . Woo . Rocking leader yo ! . Now it looks like as though something bad that was hindering MI's success has been knocked off its feet . Well , it's a good start . A good start to an avalanche of victories in the future . Wooo .


Oh the judges loved Pravin's and Vicky's voices . They called them the stunning pair - the best combination . Wooo . I'm soo happy for them . And to my juniors who acted for the drama . Govan , Logesh and Druga . I guided them in their acting but honestly they did a marvelous job on stage . Kudos to them yo .


Oh !! We went for a nice dinner after that . When I was queuing for my food , I received an sms that went like this : " Go home la ! Roam around Potong Pasir after school for what ? " . Then I realised that somebody was stalking me :P . I sms-ed Jay and asked him where he was . After that , I met Jay for a while . Jay smiled really good . Haha . Jay was trying to draw out some money from the ATM machine and I ended up pushing him to see his reminder . Haha .


Saturday 26th of Jan 2008 - Floorball


We had our open house on Saturday and had to come down to school . Floorball mixed training started at 8 am . Due to a plethora of events that happened on that particular week , I got physically exhausted . Haha . Eventually , I went for training at 10 am . We had a mixed training . Soon we decided to play game . I had so much of fun during the game . Haha . I no longer slip on court . I've changed my shoe !! . I finally purchase a new Nike running shoes - which is way better than my old Nike - Total 90 court shoe . Don't ask me why I am purchasing Nike shoes when my love is for Adidas . I really don't know why too . I can easily run without accelerating on the spot for a good 2 mintues - which technically means that I run WAY faster than before . Haha .


Oh . I had to pair up with Gabriel . Gabriel really runs as fast as a horse . He is really too fast for most defenders to catch up with . Yeap . Since he was my strike partner , I had to equally run as fast as he ran in order to pass and receive his passes . Oh . I scored a total of 2 goals in the game alone . Both the goals came from Gabriel's passes . Haha . Good partnership eh ? . I really love the first goal . Gabriel ran really fast with me tailing equally as fast behind him . Then he took a shot and it was saved by the keeper and I went for a rebound and simply took a one touch on the ball . It went in . It looked really beautiful . Wooo . Floorball was totally orgasmic .


Injuries


Jun Long and I were talking about our knee injuries . Well Jun Long also has a ruptured ACL now . He's going for an operation next month . Well it cost him a whopping $ 5000 ! . Damn ACL re-construction is damn costly !!! . During the ACL re-construction , they'll be taking our hamstring tissues to repair our ACL . So yea . So our hamstring needs to be strong . ( Sad )


Anyways , Gabriel sustained an old injury - he had a bad thigh sprain and fell on court . He couldn't even walk out of court . 2 guys carried him out of court . I ran until I strained both my hamstring muscles !! . Grr . Well it's actually my fault .


I've been running excessively for 3 weeks . I've been running up to 4 days on weekdays and 1 day on weekends - making it to a total of 5 days on average out of 7 days a week . Each time I run , I cover 4 km on the minimum and my maximum being up to 10 KM . So now you guys would've guessed how much I've been running . Well so now that basically tires me out . So now my hamstring muscles are strained . I need to rest a few days . I'm currently icing my knee for 30 mins and then massaging it without hot cream and repeating this at least 3 times over the weekend . I've got my 2.4 tomorrow . I really don't know if I can recover in time for my 2.4 km . Poor me . Shucks . I'm aiming for a 10 mins flat . I need to run at a 1.6 minutes for each round . My current timing for 1 round is 56 seconds . But I cannot sustain my momentum for all 6 rounds . Haha . My maximum timing for the next few rounds on average is 1.30 mintues . Gosh . I so need to buck up . Oh my God . I feel so much at ease now . Running really makes me happy ! . I'm going to undertake a series of exercises to tone up my body to my desired level . Woo hoo ! .


Ok anyways , after floorball , Gabriel , Tahka , Fadale , Shahida , Sara and I started to lepak near the corridor while Jun Long and Kartina were spending time with each other and Zul , Dee and Iliyasa were spending time together . Gabriel , Tahka , Fadale , Shahida , Sara and I were talking about something that is quite funny ... we were talking about - Break Ups . Apparently , each of us went through a breaking up process . And amazingly , all the partners shared a striking resemblance . Haha . That was really funny . Gabriel literally made us go into an EMO mode . He kept playing all the EMO songs while we rested . I plugged into my fone and listened to some hiphop songs . While resting , I was literally visualising some hiphop steps for my dance . After that , all of us went to the " Makan Shiok " place near my school for a delicious lunch . I introduced the " Ayam Penyet " and Gabriel , Tahka and I went for it . Yummy . We ate it well with sambal belachan . Haha . So funny . After chilling out with bubble tea , we walked to the MRT station .


I AM OFFICIALLY IN LOVE WITH MILO OREO !! . I tried it last week . Woo . So now after Milk Tea , I'm going to go for Milo Oreo . Wooo . AND AND AND ... Next saturday , Nesha , Kristin and I will be going for a nice Sheesha session . It's going to be an all girls outing . So fun . It's going to be an amazing day .


Last but not least , please check out Nam Hyun Joon doing some " popping " moves . I need to emulate some of them for my dance . I've really got to practise them as religiously as possible . Woo woo woo . I love my life . Hehe .
