Firstly , I would like to congratulate VIKNESH for his outstanding performance for his A levels . The top scorer of MI and my close friend's king ! Wow .

Viknesh is the epitome of hardwork ; an inspiration to all Millennians . He got As for Economics and Management and B for Literature , pass for his chinese paper and A2 for his GP . WOW !! . My eyes nearly popped out when I was looking at his labour-inscripted result slip .

I was chilling out in the canteen with Dibbo , Gowri , Sarah and Jabs when I got a quick glance at Rachel . I thought she had forgotten me and so I didn't acknowledge her when I saw her . Soon after , she saw me and started to wave frantically . Haha .. we'll know what happened next .. don't we ? We gave each other a huge bear hug . Invited her to join us ( as she was alone ) . Soon Huda sweetie joined us too . Rachel and I were exchanging Bartley-Toh tuck gossips and were so engrossed with our topic that I forgot about her Bf's results .

Then I congratulated her for her Bf's results . She was gloating with sheer pride at the very fact that her Bf topped the entire Millennia cohort for A levels . Soon we were talking on a personal issue when I asked her about her love life . I was so touched with her perception of love . Perhaps one of the rare occasions in which I encounter someone who truly believes in true love and is blessed with the courage and confidence to defy all odds . To be frank , I respect their relationship . It's not easy to withstand hypocrites and gossip-mongers but they did ! . Kudos to them .

I congratulated the MAN himself . That was the first time I spoke to him since stepping into the school . I used to think that he was not a friendly guy and all . But I was wrong . He is so down-to-earth ! . I even asked him to share his secret behind that breathtaking results . The answer to my question was so succint that I had to rely on reflective thinking to derive at the right conclusion . The MAN said the secret was his easy-going nature that refused to host stress . It is definitely so true . Hosting stress will only make one to fall into a pit . Apart from hardwork , many of us will succumb to stress . Soon anxiety breaks in and destroys everything .

For a clear example , I would want to look at Angelina Jolie's tattoo on her belly which states " Quod me nutrit me destruit " . The phrase is Latin and means " what nourishes me also destroys me " . It is used to emphasis more on pro-anorexia and bulimia . But looking at it on a more holistic approach , I strongly feel that it can be linked to some other things too . Stress can be useful when it ' forces ' one to work even harder but if it's in a greater outbreak , then it will lead to depression and gradually to failure . It is always better to be balanced . Right ? .

Rachel invited me to join her when she studies and all . Man ! She's really a sweetheart ! . I can't wait for next year -- merging of both flavours into 1 single campus . I lurrveee my Bartley mates and can't wait to have them under one roof . Yipeee !!

Yesterday was also the release of MT papers - AO MT to be exact . My friends got it too . Aravind ( AJC ) got A1 while Jaya ( TPJC ) and Silas ( JJC ) got Bs . I was very shocked to learn my pals getting Bs . Since I know their calibre , Bs ain't their supposed grade !! . I wonder what exactly happened . But I have to say this , teachers also play an important role in student's grades . Mrs Silvi to date is the best tamil teacher ever ! . The teacher who believed in us and that very someone who opened our eyes of wisdom . In short , our MOTHER ! . I asked Jaya to focus on her GP as MT grades ain't that important for University . But I had to force Silas to take his MT paper again . Well , not being biased ; but as being an Higher MT student , AO MT contributes 50% of the marks to determine Higher MT grade . So Silas , all the best ! Do it again brudda .. I know you can ! .

In addition , I was so proud of Viknesh and others . Well it so happens that 3/4 of the indians of MI have the typicality of not making it to the universities . I am so happy that Viknesh ( Rugby ) , Viknesh ( BP ) and Matthew have proven otherwise . We ( indians of MI ) should follow in their footsteps . They've set us a benchmark and we have to resolve to work hard to reach it . That is when , we can truly have our heads up and walk around with pride . Peeps thanx for being the platform of hope and the source of inspiration .

I used to think that retaining was really a disgrace . But perhaps , I think I should thank God for choosing to retain me . It was truly a blessing in disguise for me . It has thought me to shed serious thought onto subject combinations and something else too . I thank God for it . I've seen the light now . Thank you . I also thank my supportive family , friends and others .

Ok . I would wanna thank my fave people who give great importance and genuine concerns for my injury . Well it is quite a norm for ACL to be recurring . To be frank , there's no way I can recover without an operation to get a few fake ligaments attached to my twisted ligaments . So I am taking it slow . The injury sustained this time is less serious as I believe I got a minor strain on my twisted ligaments . I am planting the seed of hope to remain fit for A Divisions . I am planning to go for an operation after A Divisions so , it boils down to hope and faith at this juncture .

Your overweening false confidence is being a pain in my neck . To be frank , I will not deny loathing the very image of you or your disses . But to come to think about it , I am gaining special empathy towards your childish remarks , your insalubrious approach towards your nosey attributes , your disgustingly- annoying penchant for creating troubles and that blow-it-out-of-proportion attitude .

Your oh-so nightmarish phantasmagoria of threats and blackmails will take the backseat of the collection of specks of dust under my feet . I don't believe I owe you a living , needless to say , you are definitely not perfect to comment on me . It was certainly a mistake did once but I deny being at the mercy of you to remain who I am now ! . Like I said before , your nicely- concealed insalubrious shit is definitely not comparable to the mistake did once . I shall therefore pledge to remain pertinacious and single-minded in the pursuit of my aims and refuse to oblige to your facade of " i'm hitting onto the notch " approach . Maybe to motivate you , " Try harder " .
