First things first , Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all .

Can hardly believe that 2005 is coming to an end . It was such a bad year for me . With life being like a rollercoaster ride , facing the crest and the trough of my emotions . A year which for the first time in my life that I feel I had wasted . There's a saying that goes " To realise the value of a year , ask someone who had just failed his year-end examinations " . Can't help it but realise that how much I can relate to it .
No matter how much I hate it , I have to be strong and I have to embrace the new year with nothing but HOPE .

I had so much of fun this week . Christmas is my favourite festival . I just love the warmth I get from my family and friends ; especially when they shower me with love , concern and care -- Not forgetting Gifts / Presents .

Christmas this year was quite different . I was celebrating it by working in Macdonalds . Serving food to fussy customers and getting screwed by my manager . Haha . But the whole package of the celebration was when a customer complimented by service and praise me infront of my manager . Haha . I love that guy ... I was pretty amazed . WHY ? Because he was a SINGAPOREAN !! . Nah , nothing about any sarcasm .

But We , Singaporeans are known to discourage and condemn people but not praise them . It is quite hilarious when the new GEMS ( going the extra miles ) campaign was started in Mac . This GEMS campaign is set to encourage people to praise the Mac crew's service . This is how it works . You'll be given a ' Thank-You ' card on which it is written " Dear ______ . I am happy with your service . I can be contacted and etc " .
I cannot believe that we must be dependent on a campaign to teach us of moral values or what we call social etiquettes . It is really embarassing .

Coming back to my Boxing day ( 26th Dec ) celebrations . WOW . It was our 1st anniversary . Last year on the 26th , we celebrated by just dining in @ Pastamania . This year , we watched " The Chronicles of Narnia " and later we dined at Pastamania again . It was plainly for the memory .

The movie was superb . I was enjoying every seconds of it . However , I don't understand why Directors like to edit certain details . It is known from the book that Edmund is obtuse . Whereas , in the movie , we've got a scrawny boy to play his role . Oh yes . I find James McAvoy aka Mr Tumnus ( the faun ) hot . It is quite noticeable that Aslan is of a great resemblence to Christ . The scene when the 2 daughters of Eve and the 2 sons of Adam were crowned at Cair Paravel was splendid .

I was so dejected when Aslan was murdered by the white witch on the stone table . All of a sudden , we can see Aslan's intelligence . His knowledge of the Deeper Magic from Before the Dawn of Time proves that the white witch is a scum-bag ( and just greedy for power and authority ) . I was whistling and clapping in the theatre when Aslan said this " she would have known that when a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor's stead, the Table would crack and Death itself would start working backward " .
I love the movie !! Can't wait to read the book now .

I ate Marinara @ Pastamania . Woah ... So nice . It's succulent taste !! . Those fresh clams , squids and prawns .. yummy and all those broth ! . Haiz .. Miss it now ! . We , the Screaming Heads , took lotsa pictures . I'll upload it soon . * No worries *

Tomorrow's my last day working at Mac ( 29th's the date ) . I'll miss my colleagues . :(

Having New Year Countdown and Sentosa Outing ... Can't wait . New Year .. Here I come .
